tutu petal tutorial

The petal tutu I started making them a couple of years ago to make a plain basic tutu not so plain. By just adding some petals in the sewing process your finished product is cute as can be...sorry bout the quality of the pictures I did it at 1 in the morning the other night :) most days now...but on to the tutorial..

as you can see here my sides are not sewed up but at this step do so

I haven't taken any pictures of Chloe in it yet but once I do i'll up load them to this post hope you enjoyed
